This month's blog hop theme is "One for the Guys". You are currently at Lisa's Stamp Studio on this hop. If you get lost along the way, I've created a list of names below for you to click on to help move you along. You won't want to miss any of the amazing projects being shared!
Nothing screams "guy" like a car – even if it's a vintage one! The car images comes from the stamp set "Guy Greetings" and I hijacked the words from the stamp set "Going Global".
My color combination is Lost Lagoon, Perfect Plum and Basic Gray. I paired it with Very Vanilla which works nicely with the Going Places Designer Paper Stack. I watercolored the car with an Aqua Painter and Perfect Plum ink.
The greeting fits perfectly in the 1 3/4" Circle Punch where I added a heart from the Owl Builder Punch. And no card leaves my studio without some bling. I added silver metallic thread behind the circle.
There's still time to order my Studio Stamps in the Mail for March. I am including the Going Global stamp set and pre-cut supplies to create 8 cards; 2 each of the designs shown. A complete PDF tutorial along with plenty of pictures will make it easy for you to stamp and assemble. More details are HERE. I'd love to stamp with you from home!
Very sweet Lisa!
How on earth you managed to use Perfect Plum on a guy-card (and nailed it) is beyond me! I am in awe my friend. Your card is gorgeous. Have a terrific day and God Bless, ~Cynthia <><
Lisa, this is so creative and outside the box. Very nice as always!!
Just love how you have used this stamp set – one of my favourite’s. Angexx
