If you've perused card making ideas you'll notice that cards are more streamlined; cleaner lines, simpler images and less heavy embellishments.
I'll categorize this card as clean and simple – even with its triple layered front panel and my positioning of the rhinestones to mimic the 'swipe' stamped image. And you know there has to be some rhinestones!
Mary Brown created a card very similar to this one and that's where I got my inspiration from.
I wanted to use the new Beach House Washi Tape.
The Beach House Washi Tape includes three different rolls with patterns. This is the Coastal Cabana but there is also a chevron pattern in Crushed Curry and Real Red geometrical diamonds. I love the variety of patterns and colors.
If you'd like to create this card be sure to "stamp off" the Basic Gray ink so that it's not too strong.
