What's black and white and coral all over?
Well, apparently my card is! I wanted something different and I think I've accomplished it. Although Flamingos are known for their bright pink color this one represents a silhouette image.
The Back to Black designer paper is so versatile because the colors and patterns are not only trendy, but classic.
I began by cutting a piece of Calyso Coral carsdtock 1 7/8" x 4" to stamp the flamingo and used the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. I also cut a piece of Basic Black cardstock 2" (on the dot, don't go over or it won't fit in the punch) x 4 1/8". I used the punch on that piece as well which gave me a thin border around the coral color.
And, of course, this little guy needed some sparkle so I added a little Silver Dazzling Details to the ground beneath his feet.
The heart was punched from the same Calypso Coral cardstock using the Itty Bitty Accents punch and a small rhinestone helps to create continuity with my sparkly ground. The picture doesn't do this card justice. It's quite stunning in person – black flamingo and all!
I like your SPARKLY silhouette flamingo card!!!! 🙂 I like how you used the Tag Topper Scallop Punch to add the layers….I just really really like tags!!!!!!!!! 🙂
Great card Lisa!

Thank you, Trish. This was a super fun card to create. I love the tag topper punches. There is so much they can be used for. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
