This week I'll be featuring the projects from Saturday's all day crafting retreat.
Today I'm featuring the third project. You can view the other two projects on Saturday's post HERE and yesterday's post HERE.
This is what I called a "Faux Shaker" card. With the introduction of the Shaker Frames, it seems the "old school" way of making these interactive, fun cards has fallen by the wayside. So, I broke out a cellophane bag and showed them an easy, alternative way to make their cards shake!
I used a 3"x4" cellophane bag and filled it with a small amount of Silver Glass Glitter. I say "small amount" because it's easy to overfill the bag. A little bit of this glitter goes a long way.
Fold down about 1/4" of the cellophane bag and seal it using a small piece of Scotch tape.
The Ovals Collection Framelits were used to create a cut-out on the Wisteria Wonder cardstock, that was embossed.
Use Sticky Strip to adhere the cellophane bag to the back of the cut-out.
Then shake away!
